Sumedha, I get the feeling that you think this is going to impose unnecessary overhead, and will not add much value, and make WSO2 like other traditional companies where there is a lot of . Please take a look at some of the code. Some areas need a lot of improvement. All of us need to learn how to program in a maintainable & understandable way. Most of these things we have learnt after years of experience. Our code review sessions are mainly learning exercises, and definitely NOT fault finding exercises. Most people will appreciate this after some time.
In an ideal world, every programmer will write perfect, maintainable, beautiful code. But I'm still searching for that world!
