You downloaded which binary distribution?

We have 2 types of distributions, p2 repo distribution and CS pre-installed
Eclipse instances. So your next step depends on the distribution you
downloaded.

This also depends on the distribution. If you got P2 repo, license
information are embedded inside the content.xml file which resides in
content.jar inside the p2 repo distribution.

If you download the pre installed Eclipse, you can find the license in the
root level IIRC.
