UNECE is a UN published identifier codes of international locations. I suggest 
that we just leave it there as options for institutions that might need them.

I think it is better to add the field "zipcode" or "zip"  in the table. Of 
course the use of zip data is again optional since there are lots of 
different practices in using zip code. Sometimes it is not only dependent on 
the street. In fact, in Germany, a street might happen to have more than one 
zip code depending on the particular portion of the street just because the 
street happens to traverse two or more area zones.  

But the zipcode fields as option will be  a good thing for sure.
