back to you.  I am sorry for not responding to you earlier. I had to attend 
meetings revolving around care2x.

The immunization report between two dates is a very good idea. Please go 
ahead. 

Regarding the zip code, please go ahead if you need it in your local situation 
and send us the script. We will try to test it in our local boxes. I think 
that is a good improvement to the module.
