Daniel, I think communication between doctors is essential also but we may need to decide what format this should occur in. Especially in light of the HIPPA laws in the states this has become my biggest headache. Some sort of tiered communciation structure with the patient having ultimate authority whom their record is shared with for consultation is what is needed and what the HIPPA law in the states tries to enforce.
Elpido does it have to be a email or is some other type of encrypted messaging system possible, and could this be more efficient?
