Hi Roel;

As I understand PM is just a scaled down version of HIS.  No changes in usage have been done as yet.  Although some are planned.

As such, a patient at present is not assigned to a specific doctor only.  But if add an appointment, if I remember correctly, you can add to a doctor who is working at that time.  And of course, you can view the patient interactions to see which doctors have seen this patient.

I do not know if this answers your questions.  Maybe someone else would like to add a more detailed explanation?
