Tis is not completely correct. I've noticed that when a selected day has NO 
appointements,
it is indeed impossible to add a new appointement.
On the contrary, when there is at least 1 appointement, you have the option to ADD a 
new
appointment. Clicking this link will bring you to the patient search screen, and once 
you have
found your patient you still have to click on that patients appointments link to give 
him an
appointement. 
This is curious behaviour
* You have to click on ADD New Appointment twice!
* The first time when you are in the  The "Appointments" item on the left main, you 
have already
choosen a date, but the second time when you click on the patient's appointments. This 
date is
forgotten

I hope i didn't confuse you too much.
