All this is very interesting as a marketing tool for consultants towards future clients. I'd like to build up a information database where consultants can share ideas on how they persuaded clients [or at least tried to persuade them]. What things clients like to here, what things they don't like to here. How much time they have spend on installation, customization. How do the communicate with the technical staff in order to obtain a secure installation. ... and many more Success-stories are welcome, but i'm not that interested in them.
