I noticed that everyone has implement the ICD10 database deferent. The most complete version seams to be the german. I need some explanations about what kind of information each field(what is class_sub and the others). If we have a medical record with the english ICD10 codes and change the language to german the codes will be shown in german? What happens with multilingual countries? I read the instructions of ICD10.
