Hi folks, I am in a process of convincing a hospital in Bosnia to implement the CARE2x and I would need some help. I also have no clue what DRG is and all those codes ICD10 and OPS (is that insurance related) can that be edited since they use only latin for diagnosis. Regarding the billing: is it possible to include all the services done to patient automaticly (just click on the patient). What about data integrity? Where else, if at all, is Care2x installed and working (what hospitals)?
I have noticed something in Nursing module in Wards. In Quick Informer there is this Doctor (on Duty): Is this active, cause it seems like it is not. I have tried setting a doc in DOC Scheduler for a specific department but it does not show in Quick Informer. Also loging in as the doctor on duty for that day in that ward and in that department does not bring any changes.... And one more thing, in Fever chart when I click on Notes (enter new notes, or Diagnosis (etc) I keep getting SQL at the top of the screen. (mysql): SELECT * FROM care_encounter_notes WHERE encounter_nr=2004000126 AND type_nr=12 ORDER BY date,time Hope I'm not bugging too much...
