Hello Emir, I think I understand now why you were thinking of putting both the bosnian and latin text together in one column. I have discussed this with one of my colleagues who comes from the same country and he told me that you are using in medicine more latin words than your own language and you are using more latin than any other country.
Considering that fact, you might be right in putting both text versions together in one column. This way, the user can input the search keyword in either bosnian or latin and still gets the most probable correct result. So you can produce 3 versions of the ICD data: a) bosnian only b) latin only c) latin + bosnian And the user will just decide which version is the right one to install. Just try it. I personally think your idea is a good one.
