Hi Alex, I agree with you when you say that I should not translate the ICD to latin, and I had no itention on doing so. LAst night I have managed to get a hold of an official Serbian version of ICD which includes the LATIN and Serbian translation. So the problem is solved, I just need to copy the codes to care database and see how it works. As I have done that I have a new problem. I got the ICD from a software in a paradox database, opend it in access and all the specific language characters were replaced with some other, so I changed that, made a nice csv and imported in mysql (deleted the english version) but now, in DRG module I can't see any đ ž č ć š (language specific characters) although the Character set of the care is set to bosnian (Mitteleuropäisch (ISO).... Where is the problem???
Oh, and regarding the codes I used, the a31.5, I was using it as an example, just inventing, didn't even look if it exists. Thanks for your help...
