I'm new to this system and a little lost on how to add notes in the system for patients. I search for a patient and on the right menu click "Notes and Reports"...apparently it has a lot of reporting and notes capabilities, but all the choices are for viewing and not adding/editing. Where can I add or edit notes (procedure notes, misc notes, etc).
