Hi Edmundo, Probably, you did not choose to install ICD10 code tables during the installation. To avoid reinstall you can import them manually in your database. You need to download the .csv files for the needed languages from here:
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=53886&package_id=104309&release_id=204455 Then use phpmyadmin (http://www.unida.agr.br/care2x/modules/phpmyadmin/) to import the .csv files to the corresponding care_icd10_??? table, where ??? is the corresponding language.
