Hello Dr. Potur, It will be great help if you can convert and verify the Turkish translation to utf-8 on your own and send me the changed files. I suggest Daniel does not mind to save him some work. I have already made the same for the Bulgarian translation.
Make sure you convert all the following files: - /language/tr/ - /help/tr - /installer/db/icd10/icd10_tr.csv Also make sure that none of the above files contain the following meta tag: <META http-equiv=Content-Type content="text/html; charset=iso 8859-9"> If you see such, just delete it.
