In the hospitals here, we have a pharmacy and laboratory (inside the hospital separately located) Our workflow (out patients) will be mainly after registration, they will visit a doctor where he will prescribe medicine from the pharmacy or he will prescribe some lab tests or both. Then payments for lab reports will be from the cashier, and purchasing medicaments from pharmacy where there is a Cashier. For In patients there will be a room charge, lab report charges, medicament chargers and other associated charges. Finally checkout time all should be displayed in the bill. Please letme know whether I can do this from Care2X East African Version? Anyway I am going through the demo. But from your description I can see that there are some differences in the workflow in both of these versions. If you want to customize to your requirements then you should have people who can do it. Our workflow is such that laboratory and pharmacy and other services are linked to billing module so that when ever request is made it will be seen in billing. Also our diagnostis module is different from the original one. You can make customized common lists of diagnosis for faster selection.
