We have customized the outpatient modules so far and next step is to finnish stock module and then work with inpatient modules, which need only minor modifications. But it seems that your workflow is closer to ours than the main branch. I wellcome you and your team to work with us and is it possible to make your own branch as well and then we can merge things between our branches, like we can merge between the main branch when we find useful things.
