Well, I think that logic is ok. We are all persons. 

A user login is not a person handled by the HIS itself, so I do not see
a need to change here this idea.

That would be the logic consequence when we have patients, employees
and logins.

Not really. Could be seen as duplicate element. Could also be a order of
topics what belongs together (family building).

If it is not needed or makes sense to the user, it can be redefined
after installation under Adminstration section of care2x. 

Think about that it should represent an basic setting for evaluation.
