Hi,
So...the volume and the surface both have their center (origin) at the
anterior commisure....but when i try to connect to AFNI it asks for a
Transformation Matrix file. I tried to make transformation matrix files,
but wasn't sure what to do.
Do I have to make a matrix file for both the Volume and the Surface?
Since they both have their origins at the AC, do i need to specify different
values for the Matrix or Transform Views?
Is it a problem that the surface was made using SureFit, rather than caret5?
