Dear Donna, Thank you very much for your reply and for offering to have a look at the volume! I've uploaded the file; it's name is anat3d_brain_1mm_fast_range0-255_cropped.nii.gz. Segmentation has worked for this hemisphere before, so I tend to expect that it will work on your computer as well. If you indeed find that the segmentation works, do you know if there's anything in the error report that might help me figuring out where the problem lies?
I wasn't trying to segment both hemispheres. In fact, I did try that a while ago, but found that it doesn't work. ;-) No worries about looking at the brain "only" on Monday. There's a number of other things I can work on, so there's no need to hurry. Thanks again, Jan > I'm at a loss, too. You're not trying to segment both hems, are you? Can't get to it sooner, I'm afraid. -- ______________________________________________________ Dr. Jan Derrfuss Radboud University Nijmegen Donders Institute for Brain, Cognition and Behaviour, Centre for Cognition E-mail: [email protected] Phone: +31-(0)24-36-12631 ______________________________________________________ _______________________________________________ caret-users mailing list [email protected] http://brainvis.wustl.edu/mailman/listinfo/caret-users
