There's a pipeline from freesurfer to caret and ve has put in summs db a doc and data sets about to register a freesurfer surface to f99.
Im interested in using afni suma and freesurfer more. But what I need is to move metric data from f99 to a surface made (originally) in freesurfer. I understand it is hard even to make monkey surfaces in fs. But does anyone have any tips? Experiences from the caret freesurfer human pipeline? "Don't bother" is one tip.
