I have typically loaded the L and R specs separately with the "Keep Loaded
Spec' option.

In the main caret window, for "Model", there should be an

"ALL FIDUCIALL SURFACES" option from the pull-down menu. You will then see both
surfaces.

Thanks. Also, how can one load two spec files at the same time (e.g. the left
and right sides of a brain?) I tried it but one goes away when I do that, even
though I selected the "Keep Loaded Spec" option.

Also make sure you have a Fiducial surface loaded.

The one thing that comes to mind is to make sure D/C: Foci Main: Show Foci is

Can one walk me through how to project foci to a surface step by step and
display them? I was given foci, focicolor and fociproj files (they are
errorless), but I am not sure how to actually get them to display. I opened the
spec file and all the data files but that didn't display the foci on the
surface. I have read tutorials but I was confused by them, they didn't seem to
be doing exactly what I want to do.
