D99 was a 4 year old male weighing 4.9Kg the left hemisphere (which is on the right in the scan) surface area seems to be: Total Surface Area: 14306.1 Region of Interest Surface Area: 11895.7 where the roi is nodes outside my definition of the medial wall. All D99 T1 data has non-trivial artifact. but you could still compare brain volumes.
