The motivation for leaving the 105  "4.0 JIRA issues" mostly as is is
exactly to avoid wasting energy on them.   The only motivator here is
to get JIRA and the Roadmaps cleaned up and aligned to the current
consensus.  I'd like to see this happen quickly as we're already into
September and our target RC only a few months away.

Perhaps my JIRA mojo is failing me, but I didn't see how to change the
"fix for version" in batch.   If that is possible then, yes, of
course, let's keep with 4.0.  The move to 5.0 was simply trying to
avoid a lot of booking keep on the 105 issues currently marked for
"fix for 4.x".
