Excellent! I've added 4.0RC1 and 4.0 with target release dates in Jan/Feb 2013 respectively and updated the two issues already slated per the roadmap. So I think we're good to go with targetting issues against the "new 4.0". I also archived the cas4api releases so that they don't show up in the JIRA Road Map.
