Just a small point of clarification - The Board will need to approve the governance structure (including a Chair), but we have nothing specified in by-law that the Board appoints the Chair.
Thanks for clarifying that. I think the model that Richard suggested, where the existing PMC nominates a chair that must be approved by the Board is the way to go. I will make that change before going to vote.
