I haven't understood what you meant exactly by this statement. I thought
JpaTicketRealm was rather database agnostic and just happened to work with
oracle by means of hibernate and their database-dialog implementations (as
you stated below).

I certainly didn't intend to insult anyone. Neither the CAS project, nor
the volunteers on this list. The real questions here was if anyone tried
JpaTicketRealm together with oracle 11g successfully. So support in this
sense would be more kind of willingness to give a helping hand in case of
trouble.

All in all I apologize to anyone, who took my remark about support as an
offense.
