I'm baffled and could use some friendly help dumbed-down for a newbie like me!
I put on bicycle rides for a living. When people go to my web sites (such as the one here: www.ridetomontauk.com) they can click on a link that takes them to a private company called Active.com that handles on-line registration for us. This has worked fine for years, but now SOMETIMES when people click on that external link they get this: CAS is unavailable A general exception occurred while trying to access CAS. Please notify your system administrator. I don't even know what CAS is -- a Google search put me in touch with you experts. I'm a total amateur, using "Web Design for Idiots" software (Apple's iWeb) and of course my hosting company is denying that this has anything to do with them. They say that it's an error in the web code. Needless to say the web building software company (Apple) says that this is impossible. Any clues you can provide would be greatly appreciated -- I'm a newbie and I'm STUCK!
