It looks like you have a filter error: SEVERE: Error filterStart 29-Jul-2008 12:32:55 org.apache.catalina.core.StandardContext start
But Tomcat is notorious for giving bad errors. I do find it strange that you'd have that though. Any reason why your WAR file isn't named cas.war?
