[casper] Possible CASPER workshop lecture topic

Hi All,

At last year's Workshop in Green Bank, several people requested a talk 
on how to make yellow blocks.  Someone did take that on, but 
unfortunately it turned into a spirited discussion by black belts about 
the merits of various approaches.  I think there are several of us who 
are still getting our feet wet who would appreciate a organized lecture 
on this topic.  Comments?
