When I opened the mdl, some connections from the output of a superslice to
a xilinx blue block inside a subsystem were not connected.  I connected
them by hand, and all was well.  It happened three times in a row when I
opened the mdl file.  It's building OK (got past where it failed before,
at least) since I connected the wires by hand.
