Are you loading the casper library in Simulink (clicking on the [+] next
to the blockset listing) before trying to simulate/compile?
Are the links actually breaking, or are they just disabling (greying
out)?

Right now I'm trying to build a standard spectrometer model and am
having a number of problems in both simulation and hardware with the
green DSP blocks. When simulating I frequently have to delete and
replace a green block. Also, as soon as I make any modifications to the
mask parameters, the link to the library will break.
As far as I can tell the yellow blocks seem fine.
