Our version of sysgen came with Xilinx DSP tools. You will also need
the servicepacks.
If you don't come right, I can try'n post the install files, but
they're rather big (~300MB) and our 3rd world internet is slow! I
think Henry might be able to help you faster if you can't find a copy
of DSP tools.
