The DRAM on ROACH is working and is relatively stable. I have used it in 
a few basic designs, but I wouldn't say it has been exhaustively tested. 
However, I would say it is ready for public consumption.

 From the yellow block you should select either 150, 200, 266, 300 or 
333 MHz. Only these options are valid, other values will default to 266 MHz.
266 MHz is a safe options that seems to compile happily, I have run into 
timing problems with 300 MHz before and 333 MHz is ambitious to say the 
least.
