[casper] ZDOK pin numbers and SMAs on Roach

Does anybody know how to access the SMAs on ROACH?  I assumed it's 
through the ROACH:gpio selection of the yellowblock, but now I think 
that probably refers to the header connectors.  But I don't see another 
reference to SMAs.

also
If I want to use one pair of the ZDOK connector, how do I tell the tools 
which pair?
