That's because they're not documented anywhere. :-) I ran into this problem last month, and i had to dig through the schematics. The two SMAs on the back of the board are wired directly to GPIO pins. Specifically, J11 and J10 are wired to pins 6 and 7 on J9 (aka GPIO A). So, you'll want to set the GPIO yellow block to use ROACH:gpioa. You also need to set the direction selector appropriately.
