Hi Johathan, Last time I was installing the 11.5 tools, I ran into a similar error. I had several "file too short" errors. Looking at the files that were named, I noticed that their sizes were 0kB. Somehow the files had become corrupted.
Re-installing the Xilinx tools fixed the problem. I'm not sure what the root cause of this was.
