The fact that it's only happening on one ROACH seems to suggest a hardware 
fault. Perhaps try a different port. 

Reprogramming the FPGA is a "hardware reset" since it's the only part of the 
system that keeps any state relating to 10GbE. If you re-ran the tut2 script 
then it would have killed and restarted tgtap which is the only software part 
that keeps any state.
