Hi,

I tried compiling a design that's exactly tut2 except it uses gbe ports 1
and 2, and that didn't work on the problem roach either, but that design did
work on other roaches.

This very same bitstream has worked on this board in the past, which the
really mystifying part.

I'll take a look at the 10gbe link status register and those u-boot tests.
