[casper] Virtex 6 Heat Sink

We are planning to rack mount Roach 2 Cards with forced air cooling in 
the ALMA Correlator.

In this configuration, a passive heat sink on the Virtex 6 seems more 
appropriate than the Fan based Vantec heat sinks.

Does this seem an appropriate way to go?

Has anyone operated Roach 2 boards with passive heat sinks before?

Does anyone have any specific heat sinks to recommend?  Vantec does not 
seem to make passive heat sinks.
