Hello All,

I am trying to build a 2-pol spectrometer in a ROACH 1. I started with the
Casper mlib_devel PFB+FFT but I ran out of slices so I swap the PFB for the
one used at VEGAS (taken from the monroe_library_latest) on the git repo.

The model compiled but I am having problems with synchronization. The zero
channel jumps around every time I run the bof (It can be anywhere). I check
my sync pulse, replace the sync_gen block from the latest mlib_devel and
fill the parameters following the Chen,McMahon,Parson's paper but I am
still having trouble. I am aiming for a 4-tap, 2**12 points, 8 simultaneous
inputs spectrometer. The sync_gen block as well as my calculations from the
paper's formula gives a minimum sync period of 36864. I am using N_acc
(scale) = 512. I have tried the sync_gen block as well as the configuration
(counter+comparator) suggested on the sync pulse usage paper but neither
seems to work.On simulations the pulse looks ok for both cases.

Have someone ran into similar issues?
