[casper] tcpborphserver2 question

If there is a boffile running on a ROACH-1 PPC, does it have to be 
killed explicitly before borphserver will load another one?  Or can you 
just replace the running boffile with a new one?

fpga.progdev(bitstream)
Hm!  I just noticed an fpga.stop().  Do you have to do that to the 
running boffile first?
