Oh yeah, I recall there was a version of tcpborphserver2 that erroneously
reported a successful programming even when it had failed.
myfpga.program("myboffile.bof") is supposed to throw an exception if
programming failed. You might want to double-check that you're not running an
old version of tcpborphserver.
