Just look under the mask, and unlink the x_cast block from the library (right-click, link options, disable link). You can't change parameters that are different to the version in the library if the link is intact (which locks this block to be identical to the one in the library). When I checked the block into the library many many months ago, I didn't unlink this block, so you can't change it to anything other than 8 antennas without getting this error. I've been meaning to fix it ever since, but I keep forgetting! I will try'n remember to fix it when I get back to the office on Monday.
