The power modules also could play a role if they are used? It is hard to comment without an idea of altitude and ambient temperature that would be experienced. The above values are assumed to be a worst case, how hard would you be driving the FPGA when in operation and will the PPC even be running? If you are able perhaps you could send me a drawing of the mechanical layout so that I could have a look (I can't promise I would say anything insightful...)
