Maybe you have a mismatch between the NFS root's /lib/modules/<KERNEL_VERSION> kernel version and the uImage's kernel version (which I'm guessing is "3.7.0-rc2+" for the uImage file you're using? Actually, I just checked our roach2 netboot tree and found an empty modules.dep file the /lib/modules/3.7.0-rc2+ directory and nothing else. If you create an empty file there then the "no such file or directory" errors should go away. Hope this helps, Dave
