[casper] Caltech's gtkWaveCapture depreciated on Xilinx 14.5

Hi all,

I would like to analyze the simulation results with Caltech's
GtkWaveCapture Toolbox. But I got multiple "S-function xldeprecated"
Block error:

=======================
Error reported by S-function 'xldeprecated' in
'sample/Constant/Const****/Gateway Out**':
This model is out of date.Please run xlUpdateModel('sample') to update it.
=======================

Does anybody know whether this toolbox is still managed for Matlab
2012a+Xilinx 14.5?

Here's the steps to reproduce the result:

1. Setup casper toolbox by following this link:
https://casper.berkeley.edu/wiki/MSSGE_Setup_with_Xilinx_14.5_and_Matlab_2012b

2. Download and unzip gtkWave_lib from here:
https://casper.berkeley.edu/wiki/GtkWaveCapture

3. Open "sample.mdl" and click start simulation.

I am using Ubuntu 12.04 64bit as suggested in step 1.
