Hi Rick The file system linked on that page is still good, and is still the latest packaged (complete) one that's available. However, it has outdated versions of tcpborphserver and tgtap, so you'll want to update those manually after installing. IIRC, it's a bog-standard Debian root filesystem with some ROACH utilities added, so you could build one yourself if you feel so inclined.
Some helpful hints: You must create an ext2 partition on your SD card if you're going to install this there. Also, you must extract these files as root to maintain permissions. The GUI extractors won't work.
