Hi all, I had a similar problem but i won't be able to open matlab at all. Hope this may help anyway anyones. My toolflow made of ubuntu 12.04, xilinx 14.7 and matlab 2013a freezes when the matlab runs the startup file automatically at the very beginning (tcl prompt stucks). I have solved renaming the startup file to avoid the automatic process and then run the startup file manually. I didn't investigate if it was linked with the hardware configuration. Cheers, Andrea
