[casper] Matlab / Xilinx startup error

Hi All,

Has anyone ever encountered this error before when running the startsg
script:


Using MATLAB_PATH=/usr/local/MATLAB/R2012b
Using XILINX_PATH=/opt/Xilinx/14.7/ISE_DS
Using XILINX_PLATFORM=lin64
Using MLIB_DEVEL_PATH=/home/lazarus/workspace/casper_astro/mlib_devel1/

awk: symbol lookup error: awk: undefined symbol: mpfr_z_sub

Internal error 2: Could not determine the path of the
                  MATLAB root directory.

                  original command path =
/usr/local/MATLAB/R2012b/bin/matlab
                  current  command path =
/usr/local/MATLAB/R2012b/bin/matlab
